S.A.C DEMETRIOU CONSTRUCTIONS was formed in 1972 by Mr. Stelios Demetriou as a small family business in the Property construction. In 1988 the two sons, Christakis and Andreas Demetriou have expanded the business into the Land development and have created the A.C DEMETRIOU DEVELOPERS LTD. Ever since, the company has grown to be one of the most trusted and credible name in the property market, in Limassol region. This success has derived from the optimum quality, exceptional services, value for money and total reliability the company offers.
With head office in Limassol, Cyprus, today the company employs more than 100 people including subcontractors.
